RETURN POLICY
No returns or refunds. If item comes damaged, contact us SAME DAY at [email protected] for a partial refund. We are not at fault for damage that occurs the day after you receive the product!
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] and we will correct the issue.
WE ARE NOT AT FAULT FOR LOST PACKAGES! We cannot control the post office.
Make sure the address you put in for shipping is CORRECT before completing your order! We are not responsible for any shipping dues if your order gets shipped back to us.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING
PROCESSING IS 1-3 *BUSINESS DAYS. Any orders placed after 5 p.m. during the week (Mon-Fri) will be processed the NEXT business day. Weekends and holidays are NOT business days.
(Orders placed on a Friday will not finish processing until Wednesday)
After processing time, your order will be shipped out using USPS, and will take 2-5 days to get to you!
We are not at fault for shipping delays, but we WILL keep a close eye on delayed orders!
